do the objects in a fliproom are counted twice? so that finally I can use less objects?

Any objects that count(baddies, traps etc) will not be in the flip-room...... only in the original..... even if they are triggered from the flip..... so, no you cannot reduce objects that way.......

but will I lose all the furnitures and architecture and animations? and doors and flame emitters? or will they be replied without counting?

Everything that you place in the normal room will be present in the flip-room unless you delete it or place an antitrigger for the item. The ojects will not be counted twice
